Salon Policies

Studio 13 recognizes how valuable your time is which is why we encourage appointments to be made in advance, and walk ins are not guaranteed or preferred. 

We are a unique nail salon of nail artists that take pride in our work and time with clientele. For this reason, it is very imperative that each client makes every effort to arrive to their scheduled appointment on time. This will ensure you get the full service and/or nail art you booked for, and avoid any inconvenience to other clients as well as Studio 13 staff members.

  1. Deposit Requirements & Cancelations

-Appointments require a $20 deposit to confirm your time and arrival. Deposits made go towards the total service price and after your appointment ends the remaining balance will be due. 

-You must cancel 24hrs before your appt time! If you cancel within the 24hrs your deposit will be collected as a fee for not canceling in the allotted time given. 

-May cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 24hrs prior to the scheduled appointment time. Please TEXT (239)537-4587 your information for deposit to be refunded (takes 1-2 business days to process).

-No Call No Show: $20 deposit forfeited. Last minute cancellation notice or no notice at all, prevents someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. If no deposit was made a $20 fee will be added to next appointment. If your a repeat offender 🙇🏼‍♀️ Your fees and future deposit MUST be payed at time of booking or no appointments will be made. Multiple issues could result in our services no longer being attainable for you.

2. Late Arrivals

-As we understand life happens and if for any reason you are going to be late, please let us know! If we cannot push it back the appt will be canceled after the 15 min grace period, and the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Add on’s and Pricing

- All services are BASE pricing & so much time given to do so. As we offer a variety of services and add on’s to choose from, we don’t expect you to always know what you want EXACTLY before hand. We only ask that you give us an idea when booking what your looking for each time. You can send a picture to (239)537-4587 if your unsure what to book for or for price inquiries. 

-When booking online: PLEASE select if you will need any previous product removal, nail fixes, nail art, special shaping/lengths, or our official Swarovski bling. These are additional $ costs and time do so, if you do not select anything before hand but the base service we might not be able to add on last minute.

-If you have a budget to work with for your nails please discuss all pricing with your technician before services begin. By accepting these terms online you agree that what you discuss with your service  provider is what you agree to and any issues will be resolved with management.  

4. Locations and Reminder Emails/Texts

-Please be aware! When booking your services, technician selections will have two options for EACH location and individuals availability. Some of Studio 13 technicians work from both locations on different days. 

-Double check which location you are booking for via reminder text or email confirmation. Know where you have booked at before heading over to the wrong one! 

-Our scheduling system will contact you via Txt/Email same day of booking and 24hrs before your scheduled appointment time. We confirm in advance as a courtesy, because we know how easy it can be to forget appointments booked weeks or even months ago. Regardless it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment dates/times and inform us if contact information has changed. 

5. NO Children Policy!

-PLEASE DO NOT BRING SMALL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10, OR YOUR ENTOURAGE WITH YOU UNLESS BEING SERVICED. NOT ONLY COULD IT CAUSE A DISRUPTION IN SERVICES, TIME, AND COMFORT FOR YOU AND OTHER CLIENTS IN SALON. IT IS A SAFETY HAZARD AS WE DO NOT HAVE THE FACILITIES TO CARE FOR CHILDREN. WE LOVE CHILDREN! BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE CANNOT ASSURE THEIR SAFETY IN A PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT. 

WE ALSO HAVE LIMITED WAITING AREA FOR INCOMING CLIENTS. 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee and Disputes

-We understand that at times, services may not turn out as expected. For this reason we urge you to please let us know if any issues so that we may try to resolve them.  Sometimes things happen after you leave the salon, and we have a 3-day guarantee for nail services, free nail repair or gem replacements. If anything happens to the fault of application by our technician we will correct the issue. 

-Discounted specials or promotional services for skill building are not accepted under our 3 day guarantee. 

7.Groupon Fine Print

-Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires and may be used towards any service there after. 

-Walk ins are not accepted. Appointments are required via text or phone call/leave a voicemail of what you would like to have done and when you would like to come. Please give up to 24hr turn around response time. 

-Merchants standard cancellation policy applies, and a $20 fee may apply for cancellations within 24hrs of appointment. 

-Additional Fees may apply for gel polish removal, acrylic removal, nail art, and Swarovski bling. Payable upon appointment. 

-Purchase limit, 1 per person of each type, and may buy 1 additional as gift. 

-Valid only for option purchased, and may not be combined or traded for any other service types including artificial nails.  

-Merchant (Studio 13 Nailtique) is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services. 


**By accepting to book an appointment online or via txt/phone call, you are agreeing to the above polices and to resolve any disputes in favor of Studio 13 Nailtique.**

FAQ’s

What kind of payment method do you accept? Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, other Credit Cards, and Cash, (No checks!)

Do you keep credit card information on file? No we do not, but with the online self booking (Acuity) you can save your information when you create an account. This will also make the process faster for your next appointment to book.

How far in advance can I book an appointment? You can easily book your appointments online in no less than 12 hours prior, to several months in advance. 

Handicap accessible entrances? Yes. North Naples has a ramp from parking and no step up at the doorway. Motor chairs may come all the way inside to nail tables. Downtown has a ramp from parking, but there IS a step up at the doorway. We are more than happy to assist you inside as motor chairs are parked outside. 

Is there WIFI available? Yes. Ask your technician for the password upon arrival.

Are there refreshments? Yes. We provide wine, water, and seasonal snacks. 

Spoken languages? English and Spanish.
